Habibi Stay is created by Mangla & Co LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. These terms apply to this website only. The Habibi Stay app has its own separate terms.

What this site is

This site exists to explain what Habibi Stay is and to let you sign up for updates about it. It is not the product. You cannot search, host, request a stay, or reach another person through it.

Signing up for updates

Please give us an email address you actually control. Signing up for updates does not create a Habibi Stay account; accounts are created in the app itself. You can leave the list at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

What belongs to us

The Habibi Stay name, the paper plane mark, and the text and design of this site belong to Mangla & Co LLC. Please do not copy them or present them as your own.

What we promise

We keep this site accurate to the best of our ability, but it describes a product that is still being built, and details will change. Nothing here is a contract, a guarantee, or an offer of service. The site is provided as it is, without warranties, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will update the effective date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
